*All prices include travel expenses, lesson materials and preparation. However, they do not include instruments and maintenance such as strings or sticks. If possible, recitals can be scheduled in substitution for lesson.

Rates (per lesson)*

Lessons are charged and booked for entire month on the last full week of previous month.

  • $100 for (4) 30 minute lessons ($25 per lesson) recommended for younger students
  • $140 for (4) 45 minute lessons ($35 per lesson)
  • $180 for (4) 60 minute lessons ($45 per lesson)
  • $220 for (4) 75 minute lessons ($55 per lesson)
  • $260 for (4) 90 minute lessons ($65 per lesson)

Students taking two subjects are encouraged to take 60, 75, or 90 minute lessons.

Group Lessons (2  or more students of the same instrument or subject at one time)

Same as normal rates plus $15 per additional student. Minimum of 45 minutes for group lessons. Includes parents!

Bands

Great to split between parents or students of different instruments with a common goal of making music together! I recommend this in conjunction with private instrument lessons.

  • $95 for 60 minutes
  • $120 for 90 minutes
  • $145 for 120 minutes

Split four or five ways isn't too bad!

Referrals

If a new student books their first four lessons with your referral then you get one free lesson. (Referrals must be currently taking lessons)

Subjects Currently Available

All ages welcome.

All subjects include studies in the science of sound, history of music, traditional music, basic music theory, as well as other fun and exciting projects and lessons.

Cancellation Policies

Lessons that are canceled are credited for the following month's payment.

"No-Show Lessons" are not refundable (no cancellation made in advance and either nobody is home when I arrive or student doesn't show up to lesson at my studio)

Cancellations due to family emergencies, natural emergencies, and snow-days are of course subject to credit and rescheduleing. Baer's Music Service always follows school holidays and cancellations unless other arrangements have been made.
